AlfaCharlie was founded by a volunteer soldier-rescuer with real experience in the field. At the beginning of the war in Ukraine, he worked closely with Ukrainian soldiers and medics and quickly realized a critical gap: the lack of comfortable, durable, and practical medical gear. Out of this need, AlfaCharlie was born.
Today, we not only design and manufacture our own tactical medical equipment, but also carefully select trusted production partners whose gear we proudly represent — equipment that our founder personally tests and uses during military training and rescue exercises.
Our product line includes rescue stretchers, IFAK pouches, medical backpacks, and ampoule cases — all made from durable quality materials such as Cordura® 1000D, Titan threads, and YKK hardware.
